Mudlogging Unit
ELYTEQ designs and manufactures high-tech Mud Logging units. These units are fully equipped to provide geological and drilling services :

Gas Equipment
Elyteq employs advanced gas analysis technology, including a state-of-the-art flame ionization system. It accurately measures and analyzes natural gas quantities and ratios in subsurface formations, providing valuable insights into gas composition and behavior.
Alongside the flame ionization system, we use specialized equipment like a constant volume degasser, pneumatic gas handling panel, H2 generator, FID total gas, and FID gas chromatograph devices.

Sampling Storage
Elyteq offers a comprehensive range of geology equipment and storage solutions for sampling.
Our selection includes sample boxes, plastic bags, and more, ensuring the safe and secure storage of geological samples. We provide a variety of options, including core boxes made from both wood and plastic. These core boxes can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements, allowing for adjustable dimensions and various box elements such as handles, hinges, closure hooks, colors, stickers, and more. We also provide transparent acrylic display tubes designed for washed and dried cutting samples, allowing operators and geologists to create a compact visual representation of the lithological succession of a well. With our customizable solutions, you can optimize your sample storage process to best suit your needs.
Mud Product
SmartSet®: The Next Generation of Wellbore Isolation
SmartSet® is a U.S. patented wellbore isolation material based on inorganic, non-toxic powder technology. Elyteq supplies and deploys this solution as an alternative to conventional cements and resins in critical downhole conditions. Each slurry is laboratory-optimised to match specific well temperatures and pumping schedules, available in low, medium and high temperature grades (LT, MT, HT) with compatible accelerator and inhibitor additives.
How it performs downhol
SmartSet® maintains near-zero gel strength during pumping, making it compatible with coiled tubing, drill pipe or direct bit pumping. Upon reaching its trigger temperature it sets in under 120 seconds, providing an immediate and permanent barrier against gas or fluid influx.
Once set, it withstands temperatures up to 135°C with thermal stability to 400°C, tolerates up to 30% fluid contamination, and develops compressive strengths between 4,000 and 8,000 psi with near-zero permeability. It exhibits no shrinkage on setting.
Applications
SmartSet® is suited for remedial operations including gas and water shut-offs and casing leak repairs, well abandonment, and lost circulation during drilling. Plug placement is achievable through the bit, with operations typically resumable within 1 to 2 hours.
HSE and reversibility
The product meets OCNS Category D/E standards and is fully non-toxic. It is 100% acid-soluble in 15% HCl, allowing reservoir cleanup if production restoration is required at a later stage.
