Mudlogging unit
Elyteq designs and manufactures high-performance Mud Logging units, engineered for both onshore and offshore operations in demanding environments. These fully integrated units provide a complete workspace for geological monitoring and drilling data acquisition, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient real-time operations.
Each unit is equipped with an autonomous power system, including an automatic shut-down function and an integrated UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to guarantee continuous operation and data protection. A dedicated communication center with explosion-proof (Ex-proof) telephone systems ensures secure and reliable communication on site.
The unit includes a fully functional laboratory environment with power requirements of 220 / 380 / 440V, 3 phases, 50–60 Hz, 10 kVA, allowing seamless integration of all necessary geological and analytical equipment. Temperature regulation is maintained through an air conditioning system, ensuring stable working conditions regardless of external environments.
Designed with safety and practicality in mind, the unit features explosion-proof multi-cable transit frames for secure cable management, as well as integrated lifting pad eyes for safe and efficient handling during transport and installation.
All Elyteq Mud Logging units are built to meet strict industry standards, including EN12079 compliance for welding, MPI and load testing, and certification for Offshore Zone 1 environments. Units are A0 fire-rated and inspected and certified by recognized authorities such as DNV 2.7-2 or ABS, ensuring maximum reliability and compliance in critical operations.

Gas equipement
Elyteq employs advanced gas analysis technology, including a state-of-the-art flame ionization system. It accurately measures and analyzes natural gas quantities and ratios in subsurface formations, providing valuable insights into gas composition and behavior.
Alongside the flame ionization system, we use specialized equipment like a constant volume degasser, pneumatic gas handling panel, H2 generator, FID total gas, and FID gas chromatograph devices.

These core boxes can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements, allowing for adjustable dimensions and various box elements such as handles, hinges, closure hooks, colors, stickers, and more. Mud product SmartSet®
SmartSet®
SmartSet® is a patented formulation of non-toxic inorganic powders that, when mixed with water, deliver a controlled rapid set with high early compressive strength in downhole conditions. The setting time can be precisely engineered within minutes to meet specific operational requirements.
SmartSet® slurries are tailored for each application based on placement time and wellbore temperature. Depending on conditions, formulations combine SmartSet® LT, MT, or HT (low, medium, or high temperature ranges), along with C-Set and I-Set (inhibitor) when required. This flexibility ensures optimal performance across a wide range of drilling, completion, and abandonment operations.
Applications
SmartSet® is designed to address a wide range of well integrity and operational challenges across multiple phases of the well lifecycle.
In completion and remedial operations, it is used for gas and water zone shut-off, annular channel repair, casing leak remediation, temporary well kill, and temporary plugging, as well as protecting formations from heavy polymers and brines.
During drilling operations, it is applied for plugs placed through the bit, lost circulation control, formation consolidation, shoe squeezes, surface casing top jobs, and operations in challenging environments such as permafrost.
For abandonment operations, SmartSet® enables surface gas vent shut-off, installation of abandonment plugs, placement through collapsed casing or tubing, and screen shut-off.
MudloggingUnit
ELYTEQ designs and manufactures high-tech Mud Logging units. These units are fully equipped to provide geological and drilling services :

Mud Product
SmartSet® is a patented formulation of nontoxic inorganic powders that when mixed with water provide a controlled rapid right angle set and rapid compressive strength in downhole conditions. The time to set point is engineered to within minutes as desired.
SmartSet® slurries are engineered for each application based on job placement time and wellbore temperature. Slurry will be a combination of either SmartSet® LT, MT or HT (the low, medium or hightemperature products) in combination with C-Set and I-Set (inhibitor) ifrequired.
