Stand alone

Stand-Alone Logging Units & Autonomous Engineering

Our stand-alone systems act as self-contained technological hubs. We have specifically engineered them for complex industrial projects where operational efficiency is paramount. These units provide a powerful solution when a full mud logging crew is not a requirement.

  • Total Autonomy: We designed these systems to operate as independent units. This approach reduces on-site personnel overhead without compromising professional oversight.

  • High-Precision Sensor Integration: Our units interface with an extensive suite of industrial-grade sensors. Specifically, they provide real-time monitoring for gas analysis (H2S, CH4, and CO2), fluid dynamics, and environmental control.

  • Uncompromising Data Integrity: Data precision is non-negotiable in our industry. Therefore, our systems are hardened to guarantee 100% uptime. They ensure total accuracy, even in the most remote or hostile environments on the planet.

Real-Time Connectivity & Remote Management

We eliminate the distances between isolated field equipment and your technical decision-making center by deploying advanced, high-security transmission capabilities that process and upload every critical data point instantly to the secure cloud.

  • 24/7 Global Access: Engineering teams can securely monitor live operational data streams via any authorized computer, tablet, or smartphone from anywhere in the world.
  • Proactive Security Infrastructure: Beyond simple visual tracking, the platform integrates an industrial-grade physical Alarm Beacon alongside a multi-channel notification engine.
  • Intelligent Automated Alerts: Custom safety and operational thresholds trigger immediate, automated notifications via SMS, Email, or Web-push, allowing your engineering team to respond to site anomalies in seconds.

Safety & Optimization for Unmanned Sites

By deploying Elyteq’s autonomous technology, operators can significantly reduce baseline operational costs while actively increasing environmental compliance, site safety, and preventative asset management. This makes our units the ideal technological solution for long-duration geothermal exploration, industrial storage facilities, and suspended wells where permanent human staffing is economically or logistically unfeasible.

Our integrated systems provide continuous, high-fidelity recording for long-term monitoring projects, allowing advanced trend analysis algorithms to identify subtle operational patterns and prevent catastrophic equipment failure before it occurs. This instant risk mitigation protects your infrastructure, optimizes reservoir management, and ensures total control over your unmanned assets without requiring a constant physical presence.

Wellhead Pressure Monitoring

As part of our stand-alone logging solutions, we provide autonomous wellhead pressure monitoring systems. ATEX-certified sensors are installed directly on the Christmas tree and transmit pressure and temperature data at regular intervals via LoRaWAN with no cabling and no permanent personnel required on site. Data is visualised remotely on our NewLink platform. This continuous stream of automated field insights allows operators to closely track active well integrity and optimize reservoir asset management without the overhead of local manual operations.

Sensor on the Christmas Tree

A pressure and temperature sensor is fitted directly onto the Christmas tree, replacing manual gauge readings on site. Certified ATEX for use in explosive atmospheres, it operates fully autonomously with no wiring and no scheduled maintenance visits. Data is transmitted via LoRaWAN at a configurable interval of 15 to 30 minutes, with a battery life of up to 10 years. Readings are sent through a local gateway and visualised in real time on NewLink. This continuous flow of automated data eliminates human reading errors and heavily reduces exposure to hazardous environments. By providing constant access to critical wellhead analytics, the system allows operator teams to follow long-term reservoir trends closely and make faster, data-driven decisions.

Multi-Well Map View

All instrumented wellheads are displayed on a live satellite map within the NewLink interface. Each pin shows the current pressure reading and its status, which can be normal, watch, or alert, updated automatically at every transmission. This seamless visualization enables field engineers and project managers to monitor multiple wells simultaneously from anywhere in the world without travelling to site. By centralizing critical data into a single remote dashboard, teams can immediately detect abnormal pressure drops or spikes and coordinate proactive maintenance before any operational downtime occurs.

Field engineers and project managers can monitor multiple wells simultaneously, from anywhere in the world, without travelling to site.

Pressure & Temperature Curves

Sensor data is continuously logged and displayed as time-series curves in NewLink. Operators can review trends over 24, 48 or 72 hours, with a configurable alarm threshold shown directly on the chart. This precise graphical tracking makes it easy to cross-reference pressure behavior against temperature variations over extended operational cycles. By cross-analyzing these historical patterns, engineering teams can accurately forecast potential reservoir depletion, identify seasonal changes, and establish highly precise baselines for optimal well performance.

Beyond continuous remote monitoring, we deploy Core Logging expertise to extract tangible geological physical evidence directly from the reservoir.
